Strengthening Democratic Governance in Pakistan (SDGP), 2005-2009: This is South Asia Partnership-Pakistan’s five-year program. AFN is implementing partner under this program in District Sahiwal.

 Pakistan Coalition for Free, Fair and Democratic Elections (PACFREL), 2008:  This was a program undertaken by a Consortium of eight national organizations in 2008. AFN was part of the exercise of training of the observers and election observation, in district Sahiwal.

 Voters’ Education Program, 2008: As implementing partner of UNDP funded project, Support to National Election Program (SNEP), AFN worked in partnership with a Sahiwal-based NGO, Public Welfare Society (PWS). PWS was the lead organization in the project arrangement.

 Clean and Green Environment, 2009-2010:  Supported by the Government of Punjab, CGE was the project implemented by AFN to aware youth about environmental conservation and sustainable development.

 Skill Development Training for Women for Their Economic Empowerment, 2002 onwards: This is AFN’s self initiated project for women’s economic empowerment. The organization continued to run two of its skills centers on self-help basis during 2008 - 2010.

 Legal Aid for Women in Crisis, 1998: This is self-help-basis project being run by AFN since 1998. In past three years, the organization had provided legal aid to 60 women victims.

 Radix Mother and Child Health Care Center 2005 onwards: Funded by Trust for Volunteer Organizations (TVO) in 2005, the mother and child healthcare center of AFN continued to extend services to the women and children in Chak No. 381/12-L during the reported period.
